He is a first generation entrepreneur with over Six decades of hands on experience in Construction and Infrastructure related businesses. He has completed multiple projects of varied sizes, for varied clients in the Infrastructure, Hospitality, Educational, Commercial and Residential Sectors. His Strong Technical skills and passion for Quality and Timely Deliverance has fine-tuned the concept of building into an art.
More importantly, He has imbibed in us the old world values of Integrity, Transparency and ethical business principles, a rare commodity in today’s world
Venkataraman graduated from RV College of Engineering in the Year 1988. He started his career in his family construction business, Visveswaran & Co in 1988. He has a unique blend of Entrepreneurial Experience and Working in the Corporate World. This unique blend, combined with his experience and understanding of the industry has helped in outstanding success and growth of his client’s Real Estate Portfolio.
He now leads MLM Realtors, an enterprise specializing in Real Estate Advisory, Real Estate Investment Strategy, Real Estate Transactions, and Construction Project Management in the Real Estate space.
Mathangi is a Commerce Graduate from Madurai Kamaraj University. She is also a Montessori Trained Teacher. Mathangi started her career in Customer Services Department at Grindlays Bank. She then went on to trade in the Stock Market and is adept at Technical Analysis of the Stock Market. But her passion towards children and education made her to become a Montessori Trained Teacher.
She now heads Finance and Administration for MLM Group and also ensures that Integrity, Transparency and ethical business practices are strictly adhered to.
